Our client Diana has lost a massive 42 kgs!! Diana was another one of our many clients who had no previous gym experience. Reality check....training and dieting sucks ass so stop pretending 😅 6️⃣ Bite the bullet and hold on tight for a challenge 🤷🏼♂️ Fitness isn’t easy and the faster you realize that the faster you will be ready for commitment.
