Training with Guerilla for 3 years , kicked started my gym journey . Would recommend 100% :) Initially lost 9 kg of body fat in my first phases of training.
Michael took all the guess work out of my program, explained all the movements I wasn't sure about and made sure we adapted the program to my specific goals and weak areas that needed to be addressed. He was always a phone call or message away if I needed help or advice with my training or dieting, even in the early AM hours! To my surprise joining the program turned out to be life changing for me. Bulking as heavy as 116kg and slowly dropping a whopping 24kg over 6-8 months and looking the leanest I’ve ever been. Michael is very knowledgeable and in terms of my past injuries I had he was able to relate and adjust workouts based on my needs including lots of mobility work I needed to gain strength in areas I had been weak in for years. If you’re hesitant about joining, all I have to say is just give it a go and I promise you it’ll be worth it.
It has been extremely helpful having a custom workout tailored to my goals and needs without me having to put that extra effort into thinking about it after a long day of work. It was extremely eye-opening how much I could still learn and gain from Michael and the program. The weekly calls and check-ups are an extremely valuable aspect of the program that personally held me accountable and motivated. More than that, it allowed for adjustments to be made to factor for whatever obstacles I was facing that week such as longer work days or social events I went to.
I put in the hard work these past 3 months without skipping a day of cardio and training 5 weight lifting days a week consistently and dieting on 1400-1500 calories!
No excuses were made, just hard work and consistency. I told the boys I wanted to look like a mad cardboard cutout of myself, now i look better. 10/10 would recommend
I gained over 5 Kg of muscle and lost around the same amount of fat. All I can say is 5 Star. Ive been training with Jamon now for 5 years.
